We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your order is declined or canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

4. Print on Demand Products

Our products are made on demand and printed when you place an order. As a result, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Please ensure that all details provided during the ordering process are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in the information you provide.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective incorrectly fulfilled.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@preppydevil.store with details of the product and the defect. We will process your request and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Preppy Devil and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the UK and foreign countries. Our logo's or trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Preppy Devil.

In no event shall Preppy Devil be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
